About this Event
Presenter: Lisa Belcher-Nelson, Counselor, Assistant Professor, Cuyahoga Community College
In academia, women often face unique challenges, and imposter syndrome can be especially pervasive. It quietly undermines our confidence, leaving many of us feeling like we do not truly deserve our success. This workshop, designed for faculty, staff and administrators, will help attendees recognize the signs of imposter syndrome, understand its roots, and develop ractical strategies for overcoming it. The workshop is an opportunity to connect with fellow women in academia, build resilience, and provide the support and strategies to surmount personal and professional trials.
