Student Leadership Retreat

All currently enrolled Tri-C students are invited to participate in the retreat and can do so by following this link. The event is free for students and the link to the WebEx will be emailed to those that register. 

The theme this year is “Own Your Life” and participants will have the opportunity to hear from speakers and explore several key areas that will help them take ownership of their life and remember that showing up and tackling life’s challenges is all within their power to conquer. 

• Keynote Speaker: Carla S. Carraway – Fall 2021 Tri-C graduate and Commencement Speaker
• Panel Discussion: Representatives from Black American Council, SOGE, Military and Veteran’s Services and Hispanic Council
• Breakout Sessions: students will be able to select two different breakout sessions from topics including:
  • Personal finances; personal accountability; developing self-confidence; mental health; staying engaged in life; and how to create community
