You may have heard about workout crazes through the years, but you've never experienced them like this!  Join Athletics, Wellness and Recreation manager Angie Trela, in collaboration with Student Engagement, to try these workouts for yourself while enjoying the company of fellow students.  Yes, you may even burn extra calories from all the laughs you'll share!

Week 4: Jazzercise! Jazzercise (from "jazz" and "exercise") is a combination of aerobic exercise, HIIT cardio, and dance fitness safe and effective for all ages and fitness levels.  Jazzercise skyrocketed in popularity in the early 1980's before losing fans to other forms of fitness.  However, what's old is new again as Jazzercise is again rising in popularity- with studios popping up all over Cleveland!

The Retro Fitness Classes are offered weekly during Session A (the first 8 weeks of the semester) on Thursdays, 12pm- 1pm in WHCS A236.  All classes are free and open to students currently enrolled at the Western campus.  Students attending Retro Fitness Classes will receive 2 punches on their Back to Class Fitness Challenge cards.
