The activity will be handled as a video/discussion presentation over zoom. We will focus on a variety of aspects such as exploration of a different culture (French), small business ideas, history of chocolate making, and chocolate chemistry. We will also briefly look into a peer-reviewed scientific article to ignite students' interest in scientific inquiry.
