Use a Trauma- Informed lens to commit to learning about and implementing accessible, equitable teaching and learning strategies inside and outside of the classroom. Each of our roles in the educational community are different and require skills to successfully engage and support our students and staff, in part, to create a welcoming, emotionally- and physically safe environment, thus contributing to a happy, productive workplace and student retention and academic completion.

  • in assignments (syllabus, grading)
