About this Event
This workshop discusses the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and laws that protect individuals from employment discrimination based on disability. Participants will also learn how to determine if they are a “qualified applicant” based on minimum qualifications. Lastly, we will discuss disability disclosure and requesting reasonable accommodations in the workplace.
