The Cleveland Torso Murders and the Psychology of Serial Killers

Wednesday, March 19 | 2 – 3:15 p.m. | MCC 201

Guests: David Bernatowicz, Associate Professor of History, and Dr. Jessica McLaughlin, Associate Professor of Psychology

This unique episode will peer into the infamous Cleveland Torso Murders, which coincided with the Great Depression in the 1930s. While telling the story of just what happened or may have happened in Cleveland, we’ll also discuss the psychology of serial killers, our fascination with true crime, and what a serial killer’s story can reveal about the history of a city and a generation.

Also, swing by and grab some goodies at the History Club Bake Sale.
