National Taco Day
Tacos are one of the most popular foods in the United States! As early as the 1880s tacos were being sold out of carts by Mexican immigrants who arrived in the southwestern United States and were devoured by Americans who were interested in the new spices and tastes. By 1920, the recipes were adapted to the tasty treat we know today.
