We all face increased stressors as we continue to navigate through the challenges of a pandemic. This session will discuss ways to manage your own mental health as you adjust to the changing environment. Each session is eligible for 1 SEU towards the Adjunct Stipend Program or 1 Service Credit for full-time faculty.
