About this Event
11000 Pleasant Valley Rd., Parma, OH 44130
By giving people an ability to connect better and collaborate more effectively, TetraMap helps you to create safe, strong, and trusting relationships, and provides meaningful insight into self and others. It is much more than a tool, it is a way of being, doing and thinking. This approach can be applied in daily practice, conversations and meetings to form positive habits. TetraMap celebrates our natural differences, diversity and individuality through the power of metaphor.
During the session, participants will learn:
* why you behave and communicate the way that you do
* why others behave and communicate the way that they do
* how you and others behave under stress
* how to communicate more effectively
* the value that everyone can bring to a project or team
At the end of the course, you will come away with a better understanding of yourself and others, and an appreciation for what every person can bring to the table, in any situation. Sessions are worth 1 SEU for adjunct faculty and fulfll the Faculty Scholarship and Engagement category when applied towards the adjunct faculty stipend program. Please register for this session in TEC, by searching for Faculty Engagement Series ADJ1097. This is an in-person event.
