Faculty Engagement Series: Preparing to Teach Math 1190: Quantitative Reasoning - Workshop #3: Curriculum
This is the third session of a three-part series being facilitated by Aaron J. Alston, Ed.D., Associate Professor of Mathematics at Tri-C's Eastern Campus. Each session aims to facilitate interpersonal connections, foster scholarship, and fellowship, and empower faculty through engagement.
Learning Objectives
• Attendees will increase their level of knowledge of the curriculum in a QR course
• Attendees will increase their levels of confidence and preparedness to teach QR
Objectives will be measured through pre- and post-workshop surveys
Adjunct faculty can earn one (1) SEU and fulfill the Faculty Scholarship and Engagement category when applied towards the adjunct faculty stipend program.
