About this Event
This series of professional development opportunities will be hosted by Adjunct Services in conjunction with a variety of college-wide and campus-based resources and departments. Each session aims to facilitate interpersonal connections, foster scholarship, and fellowship, and empower faculty through engagement.
Resonant Leadership by Richard Boyatzis and Annie McKee.
Chapter 4: Waking Up to Resonance and Renewal
Chapter 5: Intentional Change
Special Session Note: In this session, we will be exploring our Saboteurs: the automatic patterns in your mind for how to think, feel, and respond. To identify our Saboteurs, we will be taking a short 5-minute assessment followed by a debrief/discussion as to how we can recognize and manage our Saboteurs. Access to the assessment will be sent upon completion of session registration in COMPASS.
NOTE: Limited hard copies of the book are on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Contact your campus Adjunct Services office for more details.
Must attend two (2) sessions to earn 1 SEU for adjunct faculty and fulfill the Faculty Scholarship and Engagement category when applied towards the adjunct faculty stipend program.
Please register for this session in COMPASS, by searching for Faculty Engagement Series ADJ1097. WebEx link to be sent upon registration. This is a virtual event.
