Circles are led by Tri-C Police Officer Joe Mazur, a trained Drum Circle Facilitator under Jim Donovan, and brings soooo much energy to the circle!

DON’T BE SCARED! Drum Circle is all about community building, developing together rhythmically and relaxing our minds while raising our spirits.

No sense of rhythm? NO WORRIES. Two left hands? NOT A CONCERN. Never touched a musical instrument? PERFECT. We invite you to experience the power of ENTRAINMENT (a phenomenon where two systems synchronize their oscillations or rhythms. It can occur in biology, physics, and music).

**Stay for as much for the hour as you're able. Drop in as you're able. It's chill and amazing!
