Build confidence in high-stress moments with our de-escalation workshop designed specifically for our faculty and front-line staff. This interactive session explores practical strategies for fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment. Presenters will share tools for recognizing and responding to concerning behaviors, promoting civil communication, and applying de-escalation techniques. Through real-world scenarios and skill-building activities, attendees will leave with greater confidence in handling challenging situations and supporting a culture of care at Tri-C.
