About this Event
Move, breathe, and reset in this dance-based wellness session! Through simple, easy-to-follow movements designed to engage the body and mind, we’ll activate muscles, mobilize joints, explore rhythm and breath, and engage the nervous system to both energize and calm. No dance experience needed—just come ready to move, groove, and de-stress!
All sessions are from 2-2:45 p.m.
* Note one of the sessions is held on a Wednesday.
What to wear? Loose, comfortable clothing (large jewelry discouraged).
Be ready to remove shoes (socks and bare feet okay) or bring clean athletic shoes.
Light refreshments served.
