Back to Class Fitness Challenge

Looking for a way to stay active, now that classes have begun? Want to keep up your energy as the weather turns dreary?  Then join the Back to Class Fitness Challenge!  This program begins the first day of classes (August 29), and continues for the first 8 weeks (October 23).

The challenge couldn't be easier for Tri-C students, simply:

1. Pick up a punch card at the Rec Center (REC F105) or Student Engagement (WHCS A100)

2. Present the punch card and your STOMP ID for your daily 30- minute workout in the Rec Center.  (Credit classes and athletic training sessions don't count!)

3. Earn prize eligibility.  Reach 10, 17, and 25 workouts to be eligible at each level.

Bonus: Earn 2 card punches for every Retro Fitness Class you attend!  Classes are Thursdays, 12:00pm- 1:00 pm in WHCS A236.

This program is free for all enrolled Tri-C students.  Prize recipients must be currently registered for classes at the Western Campus; faculty and staff are not eligible to win.
