*Faculty and staff welcome
We will feature the following:
Sound Therapy: Saterra Davis, creator of Soulful of Myself, will lead a sound bath — the ultimate experience for relaxation and a sense of peace. The experience varies for each person. Some of the most common experiences include color visuals, flashbacks, dreamlike visions, warm sensations and involuntary movements, which are energy moving throughout the body.
Each session will last about 20 minutes, with five minutes at the end dedicated to reflection. Participants should arrive promptly with a pillow, towel or yoga mat.
