YWCA of Greater Cleveland's 4th Annual It's Time to Talk- Forum on Race

Throughout the past few years, we’ve seen numerous stories across the nightly news and on social media that have exposed the very deep and real ways in which racial profiling and unconscious bias have caused harm to our communities and fellow citizens.

Today, more than ever, it is essential that we step out of our comfort zones and engage with multiple voices, and embrace the reality that various perspectives are necessary for problem solving. ITT hopes to create a safe space for participants to listen to, learn from and teach others, so that we may find positive solutions for community change.

Join the YWCA at the Eastern Campus for...

  • Powerful keynote speakers
  • Small group conversations about race & racism
  • An opportuntiy to discuss action steps
  • Lunch and networking
  • Next steps to create change
