We invite you to join us for a college-wide event celebrating an interdisciplinary approach to content where students have “re-imagined” themes from the college-wide common reading text, Just Mercy, a nonfiction account of the criminal justice system and issues of injustice, via different interpretive lenses.

The Third Annual (re)imaginings event will take place Friday, December 8, 2017, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Cuyahoga Community College’s Hospitality Management Center on Public Square, 180 Euclid Ave., Cleveland.

The (re)imaginings contest offered students the opportunity to creatively interpret Stevenson’s book in the medium of their choice—poem, essay, song, sculpture, play, dance, short film, speech, recipe, photograph, painting, research project, poster, etc.

Come congratulate the contestants in multiple categories, partake in judging winners, enjoy the opportunity to taste and judge the culinary entries, and meet our celebrity judges.
