Masks of Identity: African and African American Women in Politics

This event is a roundtable discussion featuring Tri-C faculty members Nina Turner, Trista Powers and Sonja Siler and Case Western Reserve University faculty Cassi Pittman and international speaker Charline Effah of Gabon.

Welcome remarks will be provided by Melissa Soto-Schwartz (Tri-C) and Cheryl Toman (CWRU). The panel will be moderated by Tri-C graduate and current CWRU student Sharmayne Schaeffer.

This project is part of the Voices from the Village series and  funded by the Cleveland Humanities Collaborative in collaboration with Cuyahoga Community College and Case Western Reserve University.
