Foster Care Awareness Month Student Panel Breakfast Event

Dr. Victor Groza, director of the Child Welfare Fellows Program in the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Science at Case Western Reserve University, will discuss the foster care system and emancipation of the youth from that system.

The event will also include a panel of students from Tri-C and Cleveland State University who have aged out of the foster care system.
