BEYOND CHICKEN SOUP: JEWS & MEDICINE IN AMERICA – New Museum Exhibit Examines Discrimination in Healthcare through Jewish Lens

Beyond Chicken Soup: Jews & Medicine in America tells the story of how Jews were forced to create access to their own healthcare in the face of discrimination. This timely exhibit is an education on the historic fight for equality in healthcare and a look to the future of medicine in America.

Anti-Semitism has been a problem for the Jewish people since their humble beginnings and into the present day. That is why it doesn't surprise me that there is an exhibit of this nature at the Maltz Museum.. As a Jew, I hope, people of all faiths, can gain an understanding of the humiliation that some of my people have had to go through because of their religion.
