6-Course Wine Dinner

6- Course Wine Dinner prepared by Chef Ky-wai Wong and his banquet class.  Chef Ky-wai is tenured faculty working in the Tri-C Hospitality Management Program.  Chef Ky-wai comes from a fine-dining background.  His experience includes: sous-chef Classics Restaurant (5 Diamond Award Winner), Chef de Cuisine Dante, Chef De Cuisine Lucky's Cafe.  This special dinner will feature six artfully prepared courses each paired with a wine or cocktail.

Assorted Cheese and Charcuterie (Cranberry-Rosemary Martini)

Collard Greens and Black Eye Peas "Soul Roll", Spicy Aioli (Moscato)

Local Squash with Crispy Pork Belly (Chardonnay)

Green Tomato Sorbet (Prosecco)

Chinese Style Beef Shortrib with Seared Sea Scallops (Shiraz)

"Award Winning" Eggplant Brownie with Pumpkin Frosting (Mulled Local Cider with Rum) 

All Proceeds will benefit the Hospitality Management Club
